I been married to my husban for 9 yrs, my husban never fix my paper and I' m over stayed in america over 13 yrs.He hold back on everything for me.Blaming me for all my mistakes but it was his mistakes. My mind is full of worries about my four children. what can I do? When my husban throwed me out because his fed up ,for pushing him to fix my paper. I m long gone for 5 months. Don't know where to get help to what kind of problem I had.All attorneys want me to go home and fix it with my husband. Or one day he'll hit me and I can charge him for that . But I'm scared and I miss my kids so much.Please give me advise and help me? I hope my life is not over yet and I can take care of my kids.

Get an attorney who specializes in immigration law. There are special rules for people in your situation.

If he is abusing you as you say, that will never stop. I don't care how much you love him, get out now. It will only get worse.
Hon, your life is not over. Be positive.....It is only the beginning. I feel the advice you received from that attorney was wrong. You could go to the police and have him charged with battery.

go the court they will not turn you over to immigration and file for divorce and joint custody. That's if you are telling the truth and not someone with a new avatar. ( I'm against illegal immigration. To be honest with you.) You can take the kids to your country and get child support also if the worst should happen. Good Luck.

Sorry not to sound mean like others but was this marriage done specifically for rights to U.S.A then hubby had second thoughts if so that is illegal.
