me and my bf are here in Japan so i asked my mother to get my bf`s papers in manila.im a japanese citizen and he is a filipino.... my mother sent the papers and instead of parental advice she sent parental consent...

my bf is 21 yo and and getting those papers in the philippines costs too much.. do u think the parental consent is ok or do i still need to get the parental advice?

and my bog problem is my bf`s mother doesnt like to sign the parental advice.....what shall i do.. illbe giving birth real soon and we need to get marry..

I think your mother sent the right document you needed.. I never heard of parental advice when marrying as a required one. Parental consent is OK because it is written that she or his father has given the consent to his son to get married in Japan as he is in the right age and there will be no problem on the embassy and immigration process..
it wont cost much...
there is no need to sign the parental advice as my point of view.. , everything would be fine..it just take time to talk about marriage even the baby would be born soon ..you can get marry as soon as the documents would be complete..
inquire at your nearest Philippine embassy regarding this process of marrying with a Filipino citizen.. as you are a Japanese citizen..not quite sure if your mother is a filipino citizen as she is in Manila..
you can ask more from the embassy...

never heard of parent advice i do know of parental consent for marriage parental advice is when your mother told you not to do something stupid in life
