I'm starting to see a woman 10 years older than me on a regular basis and I'm getting worried about how to proceed. I like her for her... not what she can offer or sex. I just love being around her and she seems to feel the same. What to do?

Us older women like the same things as younger ones. Don't sweat it. Just go with the flow.

Just go and get her as long as she's not married. You do the same with an older woman as you do with a younger one.
Just have a decent intelligent conversation, take her out to dinner and go from there.

Be a man; conduct yourself maturely like a gentleman should. Let her know how she makes you feel. Be good to one another.
