Any girl can do things to make themselves "more hot" but a nobody can create a good personality.
You could always put looks aside and date her. Boost her confidence! Tell her she's beautiful! Tell her you love her personality. Her confidence in herself will make her "more hot".
BTW, she may be very aware that she is less "hot" than the other girls that you have dated...how would it make you feel if you had a smaller thingy than most guys she's dated????

Don't be so shallow like the other guys. Go for what she's got inside. Her personality, her character, the real her. If you can't get past looks or the lack of them then she's not the girl for you and you're not the guy for her. People need to get past looks and get more real with the real people inside. It's the inside person who counts not what's on the outside.

You should just date her. Beauty fades... not that you're gonna marry her. But you are already dating her for some reason or another. I suggest you enjoy her.. less "outwardly stunning" women usually have better personalities.
