yea I´ll help
First you have to think what kind of car do yo want like
CAR (sport, sedan or compact), TRUCK, SUV, VAN
Then you have to think about a new car and a used car, advantages of a new car it wont give you no trouble but an used car is an used car you just don't know the previous owner take care of the car.
After that you should think in the prices of the new and used cars
You have to check for reliability (MILES PER GALON) the bigger the car... the bigger the ENGINE, if an engine is big it will do less miles per galon
Other thing that you should review is the price of the normal maintenance services cause in some cars is too expensive like BMW, MERCEDES, CADILLAC, BENTLEY, etc you know cars for "rich and famous life style" LOL.
so use this steps and go get your car....

I have a Mazda Protege. It is great on gas & maintenance. I've had it for 4 years now and I haven't had any major problems. I've travelled quite a bit with it as well. What I looked for before I bought my car was: How good it was on gas; How much was the maintenance on that particular car; If the parts were expensive...should something happen; how much it would cost for insurance on that particular make & model of that car. I found that when I took my Mazda for a test drive before I bought it that it was the car for me. Try testing driving a few. If one of them feels right, do your homework on it ( gas, maintenance, parts, etc..) That just maybe the car for you. Anyways, it's food for thought. I hope you find the one you want. Good luck!
