There are some bad people and there are some good people.

Whether you are talking about America, or somewhere else, it is a fundamental truth that you will find somebody who is either good or bad.

the probability of finding good Vs bad may differ from place to place.

I don't think she would unless she had extreme mental issues. Seriously if a woman had a baby in a different country than her native country I do not think it would affect the decision on what to name the baby.
Why would you call your own child something derogatory anyway? These questions are getting crazier and crazier.

If an American woman purposely entered another country illegally with the intent to have a baby born on foreign soil to collect social and welfare resources, by a purposeful misinterpetation of that country's laws, paid for by tax paying legal citizens of that country, then yes, as a legal native born tax paying citizen of that country, I would definitly call it a derogatory name. (ANCHOR BABY!)
