a theraputic massage has to do with correcting tension and keeping the muscles limber....sensual massage is just plain sexy and can lead to sex....yay!

The names say it all.
Therapeutic massage is therapy for all or part of your body, to ease pain, help return full range of motion, etc.
Sensual massage concentrates on whichever body parts you find most sexually stimulating, usually until you achieve your desired result.
