I'll I know about the word is that it's spanish and I think It could be sometype of slang word.

lol madrazo is a last name in spanish speaking countries and is used when somebody beats ather person- like im gona beat ur argsshh - in spanish "te voy a dar unos madrazos" or when u hit urself with something u say:" me di un madrazo", when somebody is beaten for many people then it is called a "madriza"
the person who give the beat its called: madreador and the one who is beaten is the madreado

yep madrazo is like a blow of any kind saying that word is considered cursing in mexico. And this word lost its 'power' jeje after a presidential candidate (roberto madrazo 2006) before this guy appeared on the media this word was very highly used but now its use has decreased

Yeap. Slang. It is spelled "madrazos". A rude word, if I may say. This noun means "hits" (as.. when someone beats/hits you)

as the brahe guy said it does refer to "hit" but more specificaly hitting with the side of your hand as it is balle up, the side that includes your "pinky " finger and the side of yoru palm, and also implys that the person giving the madrazos is winning becuase of the style of hit.
