I did it. As long as the man realizes that some things are just flat out NOT going to be possible, yes it can happen. Just be really, really careful. Suffocation games are a non-no, as is extreme bondage. Stress can trigger contractions which can trigger labor.

Like, really in bondage? A slave? Sure, it happened all the time in antiquity, and it still goes on today.
If you're talking about B&D sex games, well, sure. Just be careful, listen to your body, and don't do anything stupid.

I was tied up 4 times while pregnant, it just wasn't as strict / stringent / wild as it normally is. We were careful. Although, my guy is always a lot more careful with me than he needs to be - the more he treats me like I'm made of glass, the more I crave rougher sex...but not while pregnant.

Since I'm assuming a dude would be the one asking this question, I'll just say the same thing my OB always told me - as long as it doesn't hurt, and your being reasonable about what your doing...do whatever you want. Babies are stronger then we give them credit for anyway.
