No..nothing is going tomake you lose weight except calorie cutting and exercise. Taking a vitamin supplement is a good idea tho, just to cover all the bases and make sure youre getting enough of key nutrients.

Not exactly. But kind of. If you look at some of those high energy drinks they have out now, usually there is a ton of Folic Acid in them. This speeds everythig up. Including your Metabolism. So I guess your answer is yes and no. Iwouldn't take a bunch of Vit. C to achieve this though. On a personal note, I lost about 35 lbs. in like 4 months by just eating 6 small meals a day. Not just vegatables and stuff. Real food!! Eating this often automatically speads up your metabolism which in turn burns fat. If you are serious about loosing weight, contact me and I'll be glad to tell you how easy it is.
P.S....I'm not a nutritionalist or anything. Just followed a friends advice and passed it on to many others..Hasn't failed yet...Good luck

I don't know, but I do know that if you take sufficient vitamin C it will kill most any virus in your system. I'd suggest if you're going to take it as a supplement, take at least 10 to 20 grams (yes, grams) a day. Bronson Vitamins has a powdered/crystallized form that mixes into juice very well. Vitamin C strips the virus of the protective coating it has, and bonds with it, not to mention it helps boost your white blood cells' effectiveness in destroying a virus.

I don't know where you got that idea, Vit. c can't make lose weight, except for water and that you gain back as soon as you drink water again. They say, that you will lose water when using too much Vit. c -but in no way is Vit. C a weight loss alternative.

It depends on if you do like exsorcises( prolly spelled that wrong)..You cant just take a pill and expect yourself to magically lose weight. You have to watch what you eat....and stuff.

No it can't. It helps with general health. It is an antioxidant. Once you have had sufficient Vitamin C in your system you pee the rest out your kidneys and it is wasted in the toilet.
So save your money.
