a pendant watch or one that pins onto your blouse.
I have one that is both--you can pin it on or wear it on the chain. I got it in one of those kiosks out at the mall.
I have also had a pen with a digital clock at the end. It was cheap and didn't last long. I use the clock on my cellular mostly.
