Once when I was 17 throwing a party, someone thought it would be funny to put a package of meat under the stove. After 3 days my house started to smell bad and on the fourth it was unbearable. I searched high and low for the smell. It was when i got down on the floor and smelled the underneath of the stove I instantly threw up. I pulled out the meat, covered in the most discusting mold and threw it in the outside trash. Needless to say, I am now a vegetarian. I can't even look at meat with out thinking of that incident.

While I was working in a hospital in Maidstone UK, the local police brought in a human body that had been found in a local river and was quite old.......they used the hospital for PM exam. The smell permeated the halls on the first floor and although we had no idea what the smell was, all of us instinctively new it was a dead human....really weird horrible smell, unlike anything else...scary as well as disgusting.

I found what appeared to be decayed fruit of some sort in our fridge. the last time we bought any fruit was over a year ago. so this thing was sitting in our fridge the whole time but we could never figure out where the smell came from. low and behold when we checked the veggie crisper in the bottom shelf, it unleashed this absolutely horrid stench that smelled like 3000 year old toe jam mixed with a good dose of beer/chili shitz.

My cat went lacking for like 2 months approximately 5 months in the past. an area BnB stumbled on her and we've been given her decrease back abode yet she had a bad gash on her tail that went fown all the thank you to the bone. We could no longer get it amputated for like 3 days while we've been given her decrease back so we had to submit with the scent of an infection and rotting epidermis, it became so nasty. It actually smelt like loss of existence and everywhere she went the scent might shop on with and linger.

A dead body after its been sitting for a few days in a hot apartment - hands down. Once you smell that - you can never forget it.

Decomposing human flesh... or burned human flesh. I'm a real-life CSI. You never get used to it. Good thing CSI on T.V. doesn't have smell-o-vision!!!
