I want to know since I am guessing I take them for 8-12 days a month(not in a row), (1-4 doses a day) it includes: my PMS headaches/migranes and during my period for my bad cramps, also when my legs hurt really bad after doing exercise ( like 1-2 a month only 1 dose).

IS THAT TOO MUCH ADVIL A MONTH?

It's a daily amount that you would need to be concerned with. You are not to exceed 1200mg per day.

The manufacture has to state the safety regulations of their medication. IT"S NOT 2400 MG!!!!

I have overdosed and it's no joke - keep with in or below 1200 MG

You are allowed 2,400mg of advil (ibuprofen) a day, so 8--12 is
not near enough to cause any harm. That is like 16 tablets/capsules a day. So no, go ahead and take some when you're having pain. Take care.

For cramps, try birth control. It helped me 100000000%

Try Aleve. It works a lot better, and lasts much longer than Advil.
