I love to swim, but thats more for toning. I have an eliptical trainer, but that gets boring. I get great results from running, but I just don't enjoy it that much. I want something that will be entertaining and give me a good workout.

Martial arts training. What can be more unique than that? Not only can it be fun and give you a good cardio-vascular workout, it may save your life some day!

Dancing...any kind of dancing. When I went out to the clubs 3 to 5 nights a week I was in GREAT shape. Different clubs, different music, and as long as you're on the dance floor moving, and not at the bar to embarrassed to dance without having a few drinks, you'll have a great workout and not even know it! I usually took a bottle of water out on the dance floor with me, and the only time I left the floor was to get more water(or use the little dancers room haha). Think of it: 5 straight hours of cardio and movement that's FUN! I didn't even realize I was getting such a great workout until I moved and didn't go out as much. It's great! Take your friends, and they'll notice a difference too! Just make sure you're out there moving around, not standing on the sidelines. Why not even have your friends over and turn on the stereo? Or just keep the music on while you're doing anything around the house and move with it?

Rowing a shell. Low impact, high vascular, uses most of the body, great for toning.

Dance yourself silly at home with a string of up tempo songs. Whatever music you can't sit still for. Think Tom Cruise in "Risky Business" and go for it.
Caution: If you have neighbors, use a headset and dance in socks.
