Seabees
Both do basically the same job. However the Seabees seem to be better run and You can get stationed better facilites than the Army has.

Welll there are lots. Right now the spot to be in is Naval Special Warfare & the New Riverine force. The Navy is getting back into the riverine & coastal operations biz. The Navy is needed to patrol the Rivers and stop the arms traffic up the trigris river. The same kind small boat jobs as in Vietnam with the PBR's & Swift boats. Also the bigger ships are in the gulf working with the USCG & Royal Navy to intercept ships and protect oil platforms.

The Uk's Royal Engineer's; i.e. 9 Parachute Engineer's Squadron. In keeping with their parent Regiment both entities are in effect combat engineers albeit supporting infantry on the ground or in tandem with airborne landing brigades.
Similar to the US and other European and allied military engineer units. However, all of them independent and individual - with their own traditions, styles and resolution to achieve almost the impossible. Invariably. also supporting / acting as infantry when obliged to do so!

These guys were some bad dudes during world war 2. They could build anything and were tough. I think they did more than the Army ever did.
