...for us to love and adore? The human being naturally worships things be it a rock band or literature.

Just because something's amazing doesn't mean the Christian God exist. As a child I was astounded by the wavy lines in a window. We are all simple creatures to some degree!

You've got the right idea. There is only man, and man makes his own miracles.

My personal opinion is that it has nothing to do with the ability to love and adore. It has more to do with the unpredictability of life. When the species of 'man' was young, there were many more things than people/cultures had explanations for. Having a 'god' to thank or blame made it easier to handle the highs and lows of life. There is also the need, in some people, to believe in something that has to be 'running things', even if the things seem random and non-sensical, something that can understand it all and something that gives a reason to existence as a whole. To some people, having a greater being who creates/runs the world helps them escape the feelings of fear that there might be nothing else, nothing more, no reason....

There is some partial truth to what you are saying, man did creat God, but God also created Man, the ? is which came first? Think about it deep and hard. The fact remains though, there surely is a God, and His name and image is Jesus the Christ. Be Blessed

No I do not. I can't honestly look up to the stars and now how huge and beautifully balanced life is and not believe in God. That is me. 100% my belief. There is too much to be amazed by in this life to not question something that is even beyond science.

that capacity must have come from somewhere. A complex idea like that that is in everyone....seems like a stretch to say we just developed it by chance
