What is the average mg of cholestoral a person should have per day? The thing is, every label I look on, there's ALWAYS cholestoral, and usually it's more than 20 mg. Also, I'm not sure which is worse -- sugars or cholestoral? Can someone explain this to me. I have people telling me left and right "Avoid cholestoral" "Avoid sugar" "Avoid calories" "Avoid saturated fat" but almost EVERYthing has lots of these. How do I know how to cut down without cutting *every*thing off? I wouldn't want to eat things with no calories, cholestoral, sugar, and saturated fat all the time lol.

There are alot of foods without saturated fat that you can get at the grocery store. As for cholesterol, you need 55-65
% of your daily intake of food to come from cholesterol. But, keep in mind that fruits and veggies also have carbs. But, they are high in fiber. Hope that helps!!
