I've been watching and in Futurama, the human version of Bender said he was going to eat nachos and go to the bathroom at the same time. When they stopped him, they looked very worried.
So what happens when you go to the bathroom and eat at the same time.

Its not only just disgusting, but also insanitary. Like brushing your teeth or chewing gum while on the toilet.

People suggest that eating whilst sitting on the toilet is unsanitary, but the truth is that you come in with clean hands, sit down and do your business down there while eating up here.
Toilet germs aren't airbourne. Only if you wipe off with the same sandwitch that you're supposed to eat then I'd say you'd be doing something wrong.
People these days are going mad with the germs. Its more a disease in the head then that it could be on the physique of the body. Humans have and some still do survive the most horrible of envoirments.
But I also don't understand the commotion when Bender takes the nachos to the toilet. Still wonder why..

I hope a science major answers this more thoroughly for you.
Basically, it's really gross and disgusting to eat while in the bathroom. Just as Dave Barry once wrote, little droplets of toilet water spray all over the bathroom every time a toilet is flushed. Okay, if you have to, imagine creepy crawly germs all over the place ready to jump all over that marshmallow and banana sandwich.
Another reason is it messes up with your digestion and current use of the toilet, I bet you anything. I won't go into detail and will allow you all to guess how that might be.
And just, eWwWwWwWw!!

Man, that is sick.... You know when you go to the bathroom,
bacteria, and worse stuff gets spread around in the air.
It would have to land on your food, then you would get
