Absolutely.
For many things, we can treat men and women the same, but for some things under certain circumstances, there's a valid concept of treating them differently.
Dating for teenagers is one instance.

Well, I have not learned enough about biblical gender rights to make an absolute statement, But as I see it, Both are equally able to vote and choose after the second covanent made from Chrtists finally bearing the sins of humanity.
But they DO both have certain roles in life, the men work hard and bring home the food and cash, the women take care of the family and spend the money on shopping. (Just a joke on the shopping part =) )
A man can help the women as the women may be able to help the man, but their roles are not to be completely reversed. God made each Gender for a specific purpose.

"Or do you think a man should be able to do any of the same things a woman can do?" -- Yes, Except giving birth, men should be treated as equally, (treated the same) and have the same career/school opportunities, etc. as a women.

Men and women should have equal rights across the board. I'll go one step further... Women should be allowed in combat situations if they so choose. Also, men should not dictate what a woman can do with her body. ( aka abortion ).
At the same time I am espousing the virtues of equal rights, it's about time man and womankind finally woke up to the fact that men and women are wired differently, and that there is nothing wrong with that.

I'm not sure men have the equipment to give birth either. Men and woman have slight differences, but I don't think that should give us reason to treat them differently - as far as respect and rights. There are some jobs that a man may do better and some that a woman may do better, but if someone is able to do that job better than others, they should be hired (regardless of their gender).

I believe that males and females should be treated the same way, growing up as a tomboy I always wanted to prove to the guys that just because I was a "pathetic female" didn't mean I couldn't keep up with them in running, or beat them in a fight. Just because there are different genders doesn't mean one is better than the other.

Ultimately, I don't see any reason why we need to treat
each other differently - but it will take a lot of changes in
society.
For instance, body modesty does tend to separate out
bathrooms, poor family education tends to make fathers
think they aren't morally as responsible for the child as
mothers, etc...
Remember, however, that we have a very good reason
to distinguish between the genders - that differentiation
aids reproduction. That is, we need to readily recognize
the difference to find potential mates appealing.
Its never going to be completely the same.

I don't know about 'should', but I know we already do.
Females make less money for doing the same job as a man, and men almost always get a raw deal in the custody of their children.
I think rights should be equal across the board, as long as you're human.

I believe males and females should be treated equal but in their diffrent ways like have the same rules but in a diffrent occasion which ever seems right

They should be the same. Men should hold doors open for women and women should hold doors open for men. Men should be allowed to cry and bltch when they feel like it. Women should be able to treat men like raw meat. Women should be able to watch football on TV with their friends while men make up little trays with snacks to serve them. Men should be able to spend an entire day shopping for shoes whenever they want to.
Once we break down the barriers to sexual equality, everyone will be happy.
