Well my sis goes to bed at around 8:30 to 9:00 and wakes up at 6:30

My 3 & 4 year old go to bed at 8:30, my 6 year old goes to bed at 9:00, they all get up between 6:30 & 7:00...usually without me waking them up. The 2 younger ones get long naps during the day at school, but the older one doesn't...maybe 30 minutes to an hour or so if time allows.

Through elementary school (grades 1-5) I put the kids to bed at 8:30 PM and they were up at 7 AM. I would read to them starting at 8:30 and they were actually asleep about 9 PM.
Since then, they go to bed about 9:30 PM and are up at 6:30 AM. Latter part of grade school they probably could have stayed up a little later but that became "my time" in the day...

My daughters are ages 4 and 5, they go to bed 8:30 pm and wake up 6:45 am.

the 3 and 9 year old go to bed at 8pm. Wakes up at 6:30am
the 12 year old goes to bed at 9pm and Wakes up at 6:30am
Although, if they exhibit tired tantrums, they can go to bed earlier.
But the early start time is so they are up long enough to get hungry and have a nice family breakfast before school. No rush.

mine go to bed between 8:30 and 9:00 pm and wake up at 7:00. Weekends too, urrghhh!

My childens schedule for school here in florida is 800- 200 pm.
my daughter (9) goes to bed at 830-900 .
She wakes up at 630-700 am.
My four year old is just nuts still she goes to bed like me at 11pm or later and wakes up at 700 am then goes back to sleep at 9am till 11 am! but she does not attend school!
