He may be saying that he doesn't have time for a girlfriend, but thats not always the case. The guy may think that all girls are very needy or time consuming. Definitely do not pressure him into going out, becoming your boyfriend, etc. Give him time, and if he likes you, he will let you know.

Just be straight with him, and ask. It's the best way to find out, but other than that if he doesn't want to or can't make time right now for you then I don't think there is anything you can do about it. But it will help you with your next move for sure if you find out if he likes you.

If he says he doesn't have time for a girlfriend, he means that he doesn't want a girlfriend.
Stop trying to get him to go out with you and find someone else. If he really likes you, he'll let you know.

Why do you want to get your feelings hurt. He already said he doesn't want have time, what more do you want. Just except it and move on to someone else. If he liked you he would make time...Has he? OK so get to looking down another alley.

Offer to help him do some of the things that keep him so busy. You'll get to spend that time with him, and free up some extra time for just you.

Don't waste your time on an immature guy. Even if he decides to go out with you, it won't last and you'll end up more attached and get hurt more.

Why do you feel you have to wait on him to ask you?
If you want to go out with him, ask him out. The worst that can happen is he says no.

well he may not like you in that way or he is honest. the only way to tell is to flat out ask him if he has time to go out on one date just to see if you have potential.
