i feel like this is a trick question somehow but i'll answer anyway.
integrity, intelligence, honesty and intuition. someone who isn't going to lie to the people they lead. someone who will fight for the people's rights, and has a great sense of when people are bullshitting them. someone who is not just focusing on furthering their own career, but genuinely cares.

Not an atheist, but all good leader would have the same characteristics. Strong morals and ethics, sense of right and wrong, fairness & justice. You don't have to believe in God to be a good leader, although it helps.

Shoot Me!!!!!!!!!!!! Sic naw a good leader is someone who can do whats right even if no one eles does. With in all actuallity is the thing that mostly every bodyin the group wants to do but cant because they are scared that it isn't cool.

Well, if one looks at how societies have evolved, a good leader SHOULD be someone who takes care of their own society and gives the finger to all the others.
That tended not to get us anywhere, though.
