Ok, well I am a senior taking Algebra 2 and Chemistry...my friends who took them last year said they were really hard to pass...and I know I don't have to take it to graduate or whatever....but I'm taking them because I want to go straight to a Four year college...so I was wondering, is it really worth possibly failing the classes and ruining my gpa? Or do I drop the classes and just go to a two year college first.?

If they're not required to graduate, you should still be able to go to a four year college. They're not that hard, but if it really worries you, just drop them. In the long run, it won't matter. You'll still have to take a chemistry class in college, anyway, and I've never used anything I learned in Algebra II, and I'm a senior in college (with two semesters of calculus under my belt).
However, two year schools are a very good deal--they're cheaper, have smaller class sizes, and frequently have better teachers. I would consider those factors in making my decision.

Might be hard to get into a 4 year college WITHOUT having taken Algebra 2.
