I am going to do a juice fast for a few days but I do not have time to make the juices myself. What are some good brands of juice that are all natural? Has anyone ever done a juice fast? If so, did you feel a difference? Any advice on juice fasting?

Fasting is letting your body take a rest from the sometimes hard-working process of digesting solid foods. Fasting is done by mostly consuming liquids (orange juice is good) for a period of time. The benefits are a rested, refreshed digestive system and a flushing out of harmful toxins.
Stock up first on whatever juice you'll be drinking, whenever hungry drink the juice. Try to fast during a period of time when you're not expected to be too active, and choose an area where you won't be too bothered by others who don't understand fasting--try to keep a positive state of mind. A good multi-vitamin/mineral taken daily helps. After a while into fasting you may notice a wonderful calming due to the digestive system not having to work to break-down heavy solids.
After coming off a Fast the body will need healthy food to continue it's function of supplying the cells with nutrients. If new to fasting it's best to make the first ones a fairly short duration to adjust to it and build up confidence.

I guess the juices that are in the organic section of the store are probably your best bet.
