Have you checked your local paper? They generally have many many free pups. How far are you willing to travel?

I would keep checking back in the shelters or travel to other nearby ones. Keep checkin in the paper and eventually you will find some free pups. Good luck! You will find the perfect best friend for your daughter when it arrives! Also ask some local vets to know if they know of anyone with free pups.

It's the wrong season for puppies, that's why you're having so much trouble. Believe it or not in the spring everyone has puppies and kittens like crazy and are dying to give them away. Check your local classisfieds and call the local vets. A lot of people advertise when they want to give away puppies and the vets are usually the first to know. Good luck!

Try looking in your local town's paper or any small town near you. Most have online classifieds now, and there is often many free puppy ads in them. I recently bought a puppy, paid $600 for her, and in the past year, with buying food, toys and vet visits (including having her spayed) I didn't spend $1000. I doubt you'd spend $1000 on your free pupp in a year. In fact, if you'd like to save even more, you can LEGALLY purchase and administer your own puppy and dog vaccinations from Revival animal Health. You can order them online or give them a call, they are VERY helpful in telling you what you'll need to order. You can get them for about $2 each, instead of at least $50-100 from the vet. The link to their website is below. Don't give up, your daughter deserves to frow up with a puppy of her own! Good luck and God Bless.

If you can't afford to purchase a puppy, can you really afford the upkeep on a dog? New puppy owners can spend up to $1000 in the first year just on the dog's supplies, training, food, and vet expenses.
