and she wants high lights in her hair. We use Color Fusion by Redkin, and i need to know if it will burn her hair, if not is there any special way to make the color brighter besides bleaching it first..please help!!!!

Well because of liability issues, I suggest that you consult with a specialist who does African American hair. Or ask her to go and see someone else for this. IF you get sued, it will be a lot more expensive than losing her business. Besides she will appreciate your honesty. That would show the customer you really cared about her. I had a friend who went through a nightmare because of a hairstylist trying to do African American hair who had no idea what she was doing. She sued and won!!!!
