Then marching band comes along and i have a instructer that gives a im dissapointed in you speech if you mess up on a part. And then mum and dad are ordering me around like a servant saying do this and that.... I think you guys get the point

Sounds like you need to lighten up your schedule. But the bad news is you can't change other people's expectations. Promise things that you can promise and make it clear when you're not promising to meet their expectations. Then they can deal with that. Good luck!

When I was growing up we didn't have half the homework you guys have now. Also we also did not get as involved in activities.( Marching Band) Tell your parents how stressed you are and that you need a little down time every day. Ask if you can do all your chores in one day, because you really care about school and band. Those are important things. Ask them if they were as busy as you are when they were young. (I'm sure they weren't) Good luck!

Stop doing all these things that stress you....... just quit. Refuse. When they get on you about it, tel them the pressure is too much.
If they don't like it, tough. Tell them either lighten up and let you progress at your own pace or just back off. Don't let them get you down, and always remember NOBODY can stress you unless YOU let it happen.

you have what people call..GROWING UP!!
things don't just get any better for a grown up either.
you just have to learn to cope with it and try to do your best in whatever situation you are in.
