Well, this guy I like at work asked me to a game and got my number, but he hasn't called. It's been like...3 days or so. Am I not giving it enough time?

Give it more time. Waiting for "the call" is the hardest and most frustrating time! Three days is not that long in the beginning...especially not to a guy. When is the game you were supposed to go to with him? Whatever you do don't call him! Don't worry, he'll call.

what is enough time? people just have their own ways of doing things, and just because another guy calls you back in less than 3 days, that doesn't really mean that he will... be patient, just wait for it.. he wouldn't have asked for your number if he didn't plan to ask you out... you never know what could happen, so just chill *wink*...

if you have his number, send him a text message. Texting is the new wave in communicating when you don't have the guts to actually talk, probably he's like that.

sometimes, us girls think that just because a guy got our number he is going to call... sadly, they don't, they are not that nice (some of them)... and don't worry, if he doesn't call it is because there is someone better for you than that one guy.
