What do you mean you don't know what to say? If you are inlove with her, then tell her that. It should not be hard. A man telling a woman he's inlove with her shall be no different than a woman telling another woman she's inlove with her. Just tell her how you feel. Talk to her normally like she's your best friend. It's love, it should come easily

is she in love with you too? Or do you think she might be interested in a relationship with you? If so, tell her how you feel. If you dont think she likes you that way.... maybe its best not to say anything for now anyways

There is no differnt way to approach a female just because you are one. Do you know if this other female is bisexual/ lesbian/ or curious because it may be to your advantage to find this out bfore approaching her. Just get to know her the way you would get to know anyone and if you like her still, let her know.

is she gay as well? or straight? coz that all depends. if you wanna keep her friendship, and no she's straight, then you definitely shouldnt jeapardize it by telling her. maybe you can hint at it, and look for any signs.
