For something like her profile pic, you could probably use windows paint program. If you really want to get into fun stuff, you could find a freeware image editor. No Nags(http://www.nonags.com/nonags/gredit.html) is a good place to look. Or if you are willing to pay, Paint Shop Pro(http://www.corel.com/servlet/Satellite?pagename=CorelCom/Layout&c=Product_C1&cid=1152105040688&lc=en) is an affordable graphics editor.

Are you trying to disguise your pics? Costumize them for Halloween or customize them?
