I think not using birth control is a lot better than getting my girlfriend pregnant and ruining our futures.

No- Catholics dont agree with using birth control. Of course, it is a less grave sin than having unprotected illicit sex and then getting pregnant. As for hell? Well, it all depends on the person really. Cant say "yes" or "no".
But ive heard that there are chances that birth control use MAY be approved by the Vatican. A lot of bishops and priests are changing their opinions about it thinking its too conservative, even for them.

I was raised catholic but believe that anyone in today's society who is having sex and doesn't use protection is just looking for something bad to happen.
True I no longer follow the catholic religion because of I find it lacking such as this no birth control rule as well as other rules.
But unless you are married and want a baby I believe you should use birth control.
I myself have been abstaining from sex and have been for over 6 years. But if the time comes when I want to start up again you bet your Sweet bippy a condom will be used.

I'm Lutheran and on birth control. No, I'm Not catholic, but I've known some catholics that were on birth control. Hypocrites!
(Lutherans are not against any birth control at all)

The number of Catholics who even know what they believe is only dwarfed by those Catholics who actually LIVE their religion. Virtually NO Catholics know what they believe and even fewer have the spiritual conviction to live their churche's teachings. I wouldn't worry one bit about what Catholics believe--they don't.

sex is for procreation. if you arent going to have babies why are you having sex. sex is for babies so why use birth control? yes you will go to hell
