The person's French is not very good, especially for a third year of study, because it's got sprinklings of English and mostly unintelligible abbreviations. Online translation utilities are already not yet at the point where they can offer polished translations, and when you feed a text such as this into it, it's not going to recognize things like "l'u de r" and "le ay de c de gtg". It's the old "garbage in, garbage out" argument.

I tried coming up with even a draft translation, but I couldn't make heads or tails of what the writer was trying to say. I showed the text to my mom, whose first language is French, and she couldn't make sense of it either.

I don't know how accurate this is going to be, but I used the Yahoo! Babel Fish translator....

Good luck!

translations have been given already. The text is probably from someone pretenting to be able to speak French.Beware!
