Reboot into safe mode by pressing F8 repeatedly on your keyboard while the computer is starting. Once in safe mode, remove the antivirus program that you want to get rid of and reboot normally. This should make your PC start up normally.

If you mean you deleted the files without running the uninstall file then best thing to do is remove the folder you deleted from the recycle bin and run the uninstall program.
Anti-Virus install loads of registry and programs that run in the background that need to be turned off and removed to prevent errors.
Other than that run a system cleaner to find and delete all the unneeded files.

You can still work in "Safe Boot" mode.
