A nice quite dinner to a classy restaurant where you can talk and knows each other better. Dress nice and be a gentleman, don't forget the roses for her. This is a token of appreciation for going out with you and trusting you. Show to her that you are very interested on her. But be a good listener too, that is very important, to make her comfortable with you. Let me know what happen, MAN..........Good luck.......

Try a uncomfortable out of place greeting. Like walk up to her out of the blue and say hello. You are shy and she knows it. During the course of this uncomfortable hello if you focus on her you will see if she likes you or not. Keep it short but long enough to make it uncomfortable.
Be honest though, One lie will blow the whole deal.

Ask one of her friends if you don't dare ask her yourself (a nice one, not a catty one. The catty one will size you up and down), but be warned that the friend (nice or catty) will IMMEDIATELY report to the girl and tell her you asked about her, no matter whether or not you tell the friend not to. If she's shy, she'll be either flattered or she'll think you're playing a joke on her (esepically the latter if you're good-looking). If she rejects you at first because she thinks you're playing a joke on her, keep trying sincerely; she'll realize eventually you're not joking.

Be a confident person. Walk up to her (not awkwardly just be like hey! can i talk to you for a sec?) adn be like hey listen i think youre amazing and great and i liek you.. will you go out with me? that way you'll both find out for sure either way and you'll ask her otu... two birds with one stone..
