I am pretty but he just stares at me for long periods of time in my class that he's in with me. He sits right by me. I went to the library and did my homework and he was watch ing me when i was walking in the library. When i left he was looking for me and watched me. When he sees me in the halls he stares at me. He was in my class today i licked me lips because they were dry and he stuck he's hand in him pants smiled and went to the bathroom so i have no idea what he did or was thinking about. I need advice do i ignore him? Stay away? b/c he kinda freaks me out when he stares at me he has this look that says i want you.

Why don't you just go up and talk to him. Tell him that it bothers you when he stares. If no response ask him if he is shy and if so no worries. If not then stay away could have some emotional problems or drugs as you stated.

wow ok yea he sounds creepy honey, go tom your school guidence counsler ASAP take witnesses get written statements from witnesses!! This is sexual harrasment and he needs to know it is not going to be condoned!!!!
