Scientists say that it is the psychological energy of the people around the board that drives the planchette. Others say actual spirits are involved and that use of the board can cause harm. Have you ever had any bad experience with a Ouija board, and if so, what was it?

Why would you want to entertain something you know nothing about and the reputation this game has.

This may have been a coincidence but it seemed darm real to me... What would you make of it?

My college buddies and I were playing real Ouija (not the parker brothers ouija board), with candles on The Masonic Square / Six Pointed Star along with incessant chanting of "nomed emoc".

It started moving after a little bit and we started blaming each other for purposely moving it while we asked random questions.

One guy asked the "sprit" to show us a proof that it was there among us.

Then the phone rang. We pick up but no answer.

The same guy claimed it was a coincidence and wanted more proof.

The phone rang again as soon as he asked for proof. He pick up but only static on the other line again.

My friend was quite amused and cussed out the "sprit" and demanded it to show him a REAL proof.

Then, the doorbell rang and when we opened the door a hobo looking man yelled to us "DO YOU BELIEVE ME NOW?!" and he dashed away.

That’s when we threw the board into the fire pit and bibles started coming out.

We thought it could have been a bum that was listening to us in front of our door who decided to play a prank but... it seems like its too much of a coincidence. Bums don't hang out in town house complexes in Irvine California.

er... NO scientists say this, and there are no such thing as spirits.

There is someone in your group that knows your propensity to believe this stuff and is directing the thingy to spell out something. Everyone else is along for the ride.

Really- this is how a Ouija board works. Of course- the person responsible wouldn't admit it, as this is the joke that they are playing on you.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Santa Claus doesn't exist either.

This is part of the occult. leave it alone. there are good and bad spirits and you wont be able to determine which are good. Before you get in to deep burn that board and ask God to get rid of all these evil spirits. If u start having a string of strange events or bad luck u have released the bad spirits.God is your only answer and you need to burn that board. Do not give that board to anyone else. BELEIVE IT OR NOT

It is common knowledge that the Ouija board is no plaything, as it was intended to be. It is a doorway you are opening to evil creatures in opposition to God called Demons in the Bible. They are evil, and you will most definitely not be communicating with the dead, just demons pretending to be. These creatures just love to exploit anyone stupid enough to actually INVITE them into our dimension. I can't stress enough the dangers involved. People have actually gone stark raving mad using this diabolical device! Don't get near it! It is playing russian roulette with evil powers, and yours will usually be the live chamber.

I have never tried to contact spirits. Spirits and angles are not allowed to instruct man. Only the Lord does this through the Bible.
