ok will this summer i met this boy who is 5 years older than me and lives in AZ and goes to school at Cal. and i live in North Dakota. we really like each other but it is hard to keep a relationship going that far away and only seeing each other 2 times a year what can i do. i am 16~ My parents are ok with us going out

keep a "friends-only" realtionship while you both are in different states...e-mail him, text, call, send a letter, send a picture...but dont make it into a romantic realtionship....THEN MAYBE in the future when you guys are older you will have developed a strong friendship and maybe finally realize that you guys were meant for eachother...Good luck!

Best to keep it platonic. Your relationship is illegal. You can only date someone four years older than you when you're a minor.
