keep a "friends-only" realtionship while you both are in different states...e-mail him, text, call, send a letter, send a picture...but dont make it into a romantic realtionship....THEN MAYBE in the future when you guys are older you will have developed a strong friendship and maybe finally realize that you guys were meant for eachother...Good luck!
