Is CARFAX of any use for "new" '06 vehicles?

Why would a new vehicle with less than 50 miles have 2 reports listed??

Answer 1

1. Manufacturer's certificate of origin

2. First title/registration issued

3. Inspection sticker issued.

4. Total loss write-off.

5. Flood write-off.

There are 5 for starters.
