The other day after one of my guy friends teased me, he suddenly reached out and grabbed my hands. He put one of his hands on top and the other on bottom, with my hands in between. Then he just stood there holding/clasping my hands and smiling at me for a while. Was he just playing or is this a definite "I'm interested" thing?

There really isn't a clear answer from the given information. As a rule of thumb, guys tend to crush quickly and not know how to express it. At the same time, some guys are just touchy-feely and are just being friendly.
Go with your gut.

u noe guys..(sigh) u can never tell but i think he felt bad that he teased u so he did a sweet thing like holding ur hands as in a way of apologies but he could do that cuz he wants u to get some kind of a message.

He's testing the waters. He's interested, but not sure and probably nervous, but he's moving closer. If you like it, do similar things back--and he'll probably start touching you more. If you don't return the touching, he'll probably stop. It's a way to avoid rejection - because you would both pretend nothing happened.

Depends on wut kinda of smile it wuz and if im understanding this holding hands thing right....if it wuz a corny fake smile probably not lol duh...but if he smiled like a friendly, warm smile and interlocked fingers or rested his hands on yours, he's prolly at LEAST semi-interested.

Well, I wouldn't say anything for now. If something similar happens, observe. If its consistent and/or something bigger happens, then you'll know. For now, keep it on the low. Watch for similar behavior.

How many times do we have to go over this....MEN DO NOT HAVE FEMALE FRIENDS...men only are interested in one thing. I don't care what any female out there has to say regarding this. Men don't want to be your friend. They wan't the booty. Guys have guy friends...not girl-friends....DUH!!!!
