I would tell your friend that he will not be cute and popular forever its only four years u think right, but physical, emotional and verbal abuse wounds often require therapy, some women lose thier selfworth and use drugs, unprotected sex and become infected of many diesese. but one day she will be the mother of a girl with a boy like hers. You have to break the cycle before it breaks you and your family, if you cant convince her take her to a womans shelter, i bet you will find someone who was homecomming queen or the nerdy girl you never even thought would ever get a boyfriend. I hid my abuse from my family and now when a man lifts his arm to quickly in my presences i flench, if i had shared my abuse story with my sister she and my neices could go to sleep every night without fear. My sister was too embarassed to tell me or her friends just like i was . She put an end to her abussive husband but my oldest neice saw alot of abuse and has emoitional scars, And the relationship doesnt get better and if you wouldnt of made him mad or wait he wouldnt be acting like this, the one that really gets me is I have sex with other girls because you want to waite, he really sayning he doesnt think much of you and he doesnt try to hide because she will be there wating
