It's def pausible that you miss what you had. Your jealous that she has someone, while you're alone. Try to go out and meet someone new.

Hunny you wouldn't be normal if you didn't feel like this. I broke up with my last long-term partner 8 years ago, we are both still single and even though it's been so long, I'd still be jealous if he got a new partner!! It's natural. Don't beat yourself up over it and these feeling will lessen over time. (My ex and I are still very close which is why I'd be jealous - if we hadn't had any contact between our break up and now then I wouldn't care if he got someone or not!) Take your time and don't make the mistake of going out and getting another girl just to try and make yourself feel better, or to try and make your ex jealous. That wouldn't be fair on the new girl because it would be a rebound relationship. Take care and I hope you feel better soon! :)

Welcome to the club. I still have the same feeling when I see my high-school sweetheart with her new boyfriend. It is weird because I left the school 20 years ago. As a rule, I should not see her again whatsoever. We have been moving on successfully. But the candle in our hearts is still waiting to be rekindled. I am also wondering what her new boyfriend is thinking?

First of all you are a human being .It is natural for a while
think good about her , wish good .
You can change your residence ,do not sub press too much your self .
Go to swim or some sports every day , minimum a walk about 6o min .

You aren't really over here until you absolutely don't care. Your feelings are normal, just try to move on. Find a new girl, that's the quickest way to get over the old one.

You are human.
It going to hurt emotionally to see someone who either made your life miserable or brought you happiness. Two extremes, same pain.
It's going to take time and probably a new girlfriend to get over this one.

because you're NOT as over her as you thought you were.
(you didn't ask, but the best thing to do is not to go where she/they might go ... clubs or wherever ... for awhile)
