Yes and No. Its called female ejaculation. It occurs less in women but it's very possible. It looks nothing like male ejaculation. It is usually clear and looks alot like water or clear urine. Most females arent aware of their ability to do this but all fully functioning women can.

It can happen but in a different manner. The woman can squirt from her Barthelin glands during sex and if she's really juicy it will look a bit like squirting out. But it usually happens with the male organ or a substitute is inserted into the vagina. Plus it has nothing to do with conception whereas the ejaculation of semen carries the sperm into position to fertilize the ovum thus conception is achieved.

Yes, a woman can squirt like a man. Not alot of women do. I've done it with my bf that I have now, but never with anyone before him.
