God gave you a brain, with the intention that you should use it for these very things. Don't sit around waiting for someone else to tell you what to do. If it feels right and doesn't hurt anyone, it's probably the right decision.

*Do they profess Christ? Believe in the Bible? Are they following/teaching the Word?
*Are their beliefs/behaviors in line with yours?
*Do you like it and feel comfortable there?
*What's their history like?
*Do they waver under popular opinion? For example, I once went to a church where the pastor said he didn't want to preach against homosexuality or living together because all the members would get mad and leave. It had the exact opposite effect - I left that church.
And, assuming I understand what you mena by "godly decisions," aren't all decisions to be made unto the Lord?

You should marry someone whom you have not had sexual relations with, Statistics show that those who do not have premarital sex have a 70% success rate compared to the 48% who do. you should seek God to provide your partner, there is nothing better than getting the spouce you've been praying for and not just praying for A spouce but praying for the person,
where to go to school, I assume you are talking College here, again pray.
Church, go to a church where God speaks to you through the pastor, usually when one first starts going to church one knows he is being spoken to by the conviction of sin, (personally) If if happens you'll know what I mean, cause it will be like the pastor is speaking to you directly. (pretty humiliating, and a really odd feeling)

Marry another Christian, Pray about all of these things and ask Gods guidance and discernment in making the choices that are His will not yours.

Pray and wait for God to answer. The very hardest part is waiting. He does answer.
When it comes to marriage, especially. I cannot begin to tell you how important it is to be very, very careful. You can get yourself into more misery than you ever want to know about if you are impatient or reckless in your choice!

I never make really important decisions myself. I pray and check with people whose opinions I trust.

Sometimes life is about making a leap of faith rather than waiting for absolute certainty.
