I have neighbors who like to pry into my private life. Sometimes, they peek through their window when i get home really late and spread stories around.

Look at whoever is peering through the curtains and say in a real loud voice (ESPECIALLY in the middle of the night)
"Why HELLO Mrs So-and-So, I see you're up late too, I just got home from work - how's that chlamydia problem going? Has the doctor managed to stop the discharge yet??"
or
"Why HELLO Mrs So-and-So, where are your clothes? What? You're a NUDIST? Oh my, I never would have guessed. I suppose that explains your husband in (another neighbours name here)'s garden the other day!"
All the other neighbours will have someone new to torture.

In the windows that they pear into, I would put a disgusting picture. Maybe a pigs butt, a pile of crap, or something else that they would find distasteful. Confrontation would not be a good idea because you can not be home all of the time to protect your home, cars etc. You could place something with a foul odor on their side of the property, play opera music all day long. Just do not break anything of theirs or harm any of them in any way physically. One other thing you could do that I like is to put up surveillance cameras pointed in their direction. It is not illegal to put them up and is very unnerving to the people they are pointed at. OOOOOOOOOOO how about bright lights pointed in their direction at night?

You really can't do anything about them peeking through their window, as it is their property. However, it is against the law to start rumors about you. It's called "slandar". You should confront your neighbor and let them know that you do not appreciate them spreading rumors about you and to stop. Tell them that if it continues, you will report them to the police since this is slandaring (not sure about spelling). As this is ruining your reputation.

Nothing. I would appreciate the fact that you have a much more interesting life than they do. However, if the stories they are spreading are lies, then I think you need to confront them directly. Just tell them you don't appreciate what they are doing and ask them to stop.

next time they satre look at them close the curtains go simewhere else intell they get bored and do not come back make it seem like your private life is boring and when they spread rooms be like who told u that crap that os such a lie

I would go to there house and ask them if they beleive being snoops is appropriate for people there age and would they appreciate you spreading stories around about them, if your forward and blunt you will probably shock them and i doubt they will have much to say.

Throw a bag of Dog Poop on their front porch....no just kidding. Do something absolutly off the wall and crazy! Have sex in your living room or soemthing, give them something darn good to talk about!!!!

Maybe get a dog that would scare them to death and teach the dog to bark at them every time they look over.

ahh ahh, careful there sweetheart. I am a neighbor from hell because my neighbors get on my nerves, and the sooner they pack up and leave, the better, so just know that it can always get worse.

my parents have been having some problems with neighbors my mom decided she is not going to go to their level instead she prays for them and the situation , hand yours over to God to He can and will take care of it
