1. Shoes. A guy with good shoes is a good businessman.
2. Speech. A guy must speak clearly, and be easy to understand. By everyone. Not just his mother.
3. If there is a snow bank, whether or not he lets you out first, before he pulls to the curb.
4. Same for puddles on a rainy day.
5. A guy must still bring flowers on a traditional date. If he doesn't care to buy flowers, then he doesn't care that much about the date. And, remember - roses are for anniversaries & valentines day, not dates.
6. A guy must smell good. Ok to wear cologne, but wear it LIGHTLY. Just be clean, with clean clothes. that's all you need.
7. It's ok for a guy to go for the kiss, but anything beyond that will show that he's too pushy. Always be a gentleman. No matter how many dates you go on.
8. Always compliment her. Just be quiet, and just say a simple "wow" when you see her. That's all you'll need. Don't worry - a good woman will compliment you back. And a smart woman will do it later on in the evening.
9. How his overall personality is. Granted, a shy guy is cool But he must be manly, when it calls for it. He must speak up, and stand up for himself.
10. Honestly, I have a lot of respect for a man who is wise enough to have condoms on hand - but not expect anything because he has them. It shows that he's responsible, but yet can remain a gentleman.

In no particular order: 1mushy stuff, romance, holding hands, hugs, kisses etc, 2enjoy each others company obviuos, 3like to talk to each other, 4can spend time apart doing own stuff sometimes, 5can b silly, funny not always serious, 6caring, a bit sensitive, 7spontaneous at times, 8Ok the list can go on 4ever probably, everyone is different etc,,,,,

Be yourself! Do NOT change just so somebody will like you. If you're going to change do it for yourself. If you really want to know, just ask him. It's not as much of a big deal as it seems. When I was in middle school there was no way that I would have told somebody that I liked them. But really, it is no big deal. Just flat out ask him. Or if you're not ready to do that then start up a conversation and casually ask him if he likes anyone...simple. =]
