You could say: "Mis amigas son Shelley y Heather." It is not necessary to translate names.

A friend I used to have whose name is Shelley loved to be called "Conchita" in Spanish. That is an exact translation into Spanish for "Shelley." Heather, however, would translate to "Brezo" which would not work for a lady's name, as it is masculine in Spanish. "Conchita" would be correct in Spanish, though. It mean 'little seashell,' a lovely name in Spanish (as in English).
