Other than bad for your reputation, not really. A hickey is just a bunch of busted blood vessels, similar to a bruise.

Not really. Actually to get rid of them faster, take a hair brush and brush it over the hicky. It actually puts blood back into the skin.

No, because you can give a hickey to yourself and if you do it good enough, it goes away in like an hour.
