ok so i know my girlfriend is expecting me to ask her to a dance pretty soon. im shot out of ideas. i was going to spell "homecoming?" with rose pedals but she wont be able to keep a remebrance from that so that wont work. i was going to put a sign up infront of the school parking lot but thats too cheesy.
anyother ideas?

the flower thing is really cute Id go with that and just take a pic so she can keep it and maybe some of the petals girls are cheezy like that!

Make a sign on the computer, print it , make copies and post them around school. OR.. better idea... make like a puzzle and put the pieces in balloons, divide them into her classes and talk to her teachers so they can let you leave each balloon at her desk before she gets there..( Teachers are pretty nice and want to feel part of the action). At the end of the school day she will have a bouquet of balloons with a piece of the puzzle inside each. Tell her to pop them and figure out what it says. Good Luck!!

Try either taking a pic of the rose petal sign or pressing a petal or two between the pages of a book.
To press flowers just put them between two sheets of wax paper, open an encyclopedia or dictionary or other heavy book to a page somewhere around the center. Then leave them in there for a week or so . . . when they're done add them to a scrapbook or locket.

Send her balloons at school. Then when she opens the card there you are. Plus for the rest of the day people will ask her why she has balloons. And then she gets to brag about you. Fun.

oooh. spell homecoming with CANDLES! cause then she can keep a momento. Put it in her backyard and then text or call her and tell her to look out the window. I think that would be super sweet

do a scavenger hunt kind of a thing.
have her find a piece of wood for WOULD.
have her find a picture of her for YOU.
have her find a picture of a green signal light for GO.
have her find a number 2 for TO.
have her find the word the in a book for THE.
have her find a dance studio for DANCE.
have her find the word with in a magazine for WITH.
have her find you with a rose for ME.
you can do something of this sort. this is just an idea.

You could tell her do you want to go to the dance, in a letter. Or u could tell her if she wants to go to the dance. When u tell her that she is going to say "yes" because she is expecting you to tell her.

start a rumor that your breaking up with her and when you comes over have HOMECOMING, WILL U? all over your house...or post a bulletin on my-space...they'll show u have the nuts to show every one u don't care what people think, but make it something nice
