Absolutely yes. But it's better if you put more females than males. Otherwise the males may fight for priviledges.

No you are asking for world war three. Unless this is a huge cage. Like the size of a small room. They are going to fight.

Absolutely. It just needs to be large. My first tiel was born in a room-sized cage populated by lots and lots of birds. I was the first human to touch her.

When we bred cockatiels we had a couple dozen babies in a cage.
