i think it's wrong and agasint the law to go out with a dude who's 18 and you'r only 13 someone plz give me you'r advice i need it

I agree, tell her parents. I am sure if you tried to talk her out of it, she would not listen. I will pray for you and her. She is too young for someone that old.

Even if it isn't against the law, an 18 year old probably has much different interests than a 13 year old. And the 18 year old can, by law, stay out, perhaps drink alcohol, buy cigarettes etc. that 13 years can't and shouldn't. It's just not a good mix.

18 year old with 13 are you crazy. First of all, an 18 year old is not supposed to be going out with a 13 year old he can get in serious trouble. Second, why is the 18 year old even looking for a 13 year old he should find someone his age.

I am a mom of a 13 yr/old and at that age they are really curious and think it is cool. First of all she is to young to be dating. What happened to responsible parenting. You need to explain to her that he will only take advantage of her in more way than one. She is no way mature enough for a guy that age and will end up in trouble and getting hurt. It is very hard to deal with and the best thing is to somehow confide in her parent(s) and let them now what is happening. She will only get hurt.

If u are a good friend or a good family member u would tell their mother about the situation or u should tell the 18 year old not to talk to her because she is only a minor and he has no right to try to take her inescense away from her curse his *** out and tell him to go on about his business! cause he dont want but one thing!

TELL your mom or your friends mom. An 18 yr old should NOT be asking a 13 yr old out. An adult needs to know about it.

i agree with u its wrong and yes it is against the law i have a bf thats 17 and im 15 we're only 2 1/2 years apart but the only way it is legal for me to date him or anyone older then me is if its okay through the parents if her parents have no idea about this then its illegal and he could go to jail so if u know her parents dont know u need to sit down with them and talk to them about wat shes planning on doing. hope this helps alot

It's not against the law unless they have sex. Then it becomes a crime. Unless her dad files a police report stating the guy has abducted her.
It's not in the guys best interest to even date her.
